In terms of placement, IIIT Hyderabad is the best among all. It is even better than many IITs in terms of CSE branch and also according to the placement.

The details of placement of the current batch is not yet released by the training and placement committee. Regarding the internship process, almost every student of 2017-18 batch got their internship.To name a few companies who offered internship are ITC, Air India, COHO, Schaffler, ABB, Sonata Software.

There is no such constant specialisation which gets the highest CTC. It varies from year after year. All the specialisation are equally good and there are good placements in very stream. Also, you will be choosing in the specialisation only in second year, so you have enough time to decide on which specialisation to take.
