It all depends on your liking towards any of the branches that you have mentioned. NIT Trichy is one of the best and the oldest NIT amongst the other NITs. It can definitely fetch you good placements. Also, CSE at NIT Trichy is the best.

The last date of application for M.Sc Computer Science is on 4th June 2018. Application Fees for OC/OBC is Rs. 500. Application Fees for SC/ST/PwD is Rs. 200

Cut-off marks are different in different years. Also, it depends on your category. If you are from general category then 180+ is needed to assure a seat in NIT, Trichy.
