I have passed 12th with physics, chemistry and biology and it's my last year of B.Sc in ZBC. Can I appear for M.Sc Chemistry?

Hi Sonali. For applying in National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli - M.Sc. in Chemistry candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Chemistry with Mathematics as one of the ancillary subjects. So, you can't able to apply.

If I score well in NIMCET and get a good rank to join NIT, Trichy for MCA. Will it matter if did BCA from a reputed college or not?

No, it will not matter, once you get a good score in NIMCET then it does not matter from which college you did BCA.

If you are asking about CAT exam, practice taking mock tests. Focus on your strong areas and don't waste too much time on topics which you cannot excel. Try to practice as many questions as possible.
