The application form for the NMIMS CET was accessible from December 6, 2024, to May 20, 2024. There will be two exam periods, from January to May. It is hard for you to get top B.Tech courses at NMIMS with 70% in NMIMS CET. Your NMIMS CET score, class 12th percentage, and performance in the personal interview (PI) will determine your admission to NMIMS B.Tech programmes. Each year, the cutoff scores for various B.Tech programmes change based on the quantity of applicants, entrance exam difficulty, and available seats.

For the general category, the cutoff was approximately 85%, while for the OBC group, it was around 75%. Although you should be proud of your 70% score, it may fall short of the minimum required for some of the most popular B.Tech specialisations, such as CSE and ECE.

Based on your 88% in the NMIMS CET, You have a good chances of being admitted to NMIMS Indore B.Tech, but it is not guaranteed. At NMIMS Indore, the cut-off percentiles for various B.Tech programmes and specialisations differ. There may be higher cut-offs for some well-known programmes than for others, such as Computer Science Engineering. The application pool and programme availability affect the cut-off percentiles, which vary significantly from year to year.

The candidates must fullfil the following eligibility criteria to apply for B.Tech through NMIMS CET.

  • Applicants should have successfully completed their 10+2 or an equivalent examination from a recognised board, which includes the International Baccalaureate Diploma. In this qualification, having English as a compulsory subject along with either a Science or vocational Science is required.
  • For the Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Indore, and Hyderabad campuses, candidates must have achieved a minimum aggregate score of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM). For the Shirpur campus, a minimum aggregate score of 45% in PCM is necessary.

The call letter for NMIMS CET 2025 admission counselling will be released in April 17, 2025 and June 19, 2025 for phase 1 and phase 2 exams, respectively.  The necessary documents must be uploaded on the dates specified. The counselling and payment of the admission fee must be done towards the end of June 2025. The course will start in July 2025, tentatively. The admission process will close in the first week of August 2025, tentatively.

NMIMS CET application form was available from February 20, 2025. The last date to apply for phase 1 exam is March 26, 2025. The NMIMS CET phase 2 application form will be available from March 27, 2025 to May 26, 2025. The exam will be conducted in 2 schedules from March to May end. The counselling process starts in June for phase 1 and in July for phase 2 The admission process ends in August.

NMIMS CET Applications for 2025 was available from February 20, 2025 to May 26, 2025 to 2 phases. The last date to fill out the NMIMS CET 2025 application form phase 1 is March 26, 2025. The online computer-based test at test centres for phase 1 will be conducted from March 1, 2025 to March 31, 2025. Candidates will need to appear and qualify for the NMIMS Common Entrance Test (CET) to be eligible for admission to the BTech programmes.
