- Candidates who score 50% in Class 12th.
- Candidates who have passed Class 12 from the International Baccalaureate (IB) board should be either IB certificate/ & DP awarded with a minimum of 24 total credits, having passed 3 HL and 3 SL mandatorily from any stream
- In case the marksheet issued by the relevant board is in percentile, the actual aggregate percentage of all the subjects in which the candidate has appeared will be taken into consideration
- Candidates who are ungraded/failed in any subject mentioned in the marksheet are not eligible to apply for the exam
- Candidates appearing for the final Class 12 exams are also eligible to apply. H

No, NMIMS LAT scores are not necessary to get admission into BA LLB at Kirit P. Mehta School of Law. To get admission into the BA LLB courses, candidates are required to appear in any of the following entrance exams: CLAT/ NMIMS LAT. Additionally, candidates with good scores in any of the above-mentioned entrance exams are eligible to get admission. After releasing the merit list, candidates are required to appear in the counselling process by the institute.

NMIMS LAT Application Process will likely commence in the first week of December. While, the NMIMS LAT exam dates will lie from first week of January to the last week of May, 2025. Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) will conduct the NMIMS LAT 2025 Exam in two phases. The NMIMS Law Aptitude Test 2025 (NMIMS-LAT 2025) will be held in computer-based mode.

Yes, candidates get admission to the five-year LLB course at NMIMS Bangalore through NMIMS LAT for the academic year 2026. NMIMS LAT stands for Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies Law Aptitude Test. This law admission is conducted for admission to BA LLB (Hons) and BBA LLB (Hons) courses offered by affiliated colleges of NMIMS Deemed-to-be University.
