Noorul Islam Centre for Higher Education (NICHE) is a private co-educational institution located in Kumarakovil, Thuckalay, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu, India. It was formerly known as Noorul Islam College of Engineering. The institution has been granted the status of Deemed-to-be-University by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (Department of Higher Education). As a constituent of the Noorul Islam Centre for Higher Education, the Noorul Islam College of Engineering has now been recognised as a University.

NICHE offers an MSc programme in Human Genetics and Molecular Biology. As per the latest information available on the official website, Course fees for a complete course duration of 2 years ranges from INR 60,000 to INR 2.3 LPA. 

NICHE offers 60+ courses at UG, PG and Doctorate level. Some famous courses that are offered at the UG level are BBA, BCA, BCom, BE, BSc, BTech, and BASLP ( Bachelor of Audiology Speech and Language Pathology).
