Noorul Islam Centre for Higher Education, shortly known as NICHE, is a self-financing co-ed institute of higher education located in Kumarakovil, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu. It was envisioned as far back as 1989 but acquired the Deemed University status in 2008 by the Ministry of Human Resource Development. The institution offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs within numerous disciplines such as engineering, arts, and sciences. Now, NICHE is a private university which works independently and focuses on quality education and training towards students.
