The highest salary package offered was 16 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 3.50 LPA. In the previous year, about 11 students got placed in PSUs. In the mechanical department, last year's final year batch had 45 students, out of which more than 50% of students got placed, about 10 students were preparing for GATE, 5 students were into MBA courses, and around 5-6 students were looking for placements. The highest salary package offered was 20 LPA by Oil. The lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA by several IT companies. Top recruiting companies were Oil, IOCL, BHEL, NEPCO, NHPC, NTPC, NRL, Tata, Tisco, Mahindra, etc. Abo

The North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology Nirjuli was founded in 1984. NERIST Nirjuli is a deemed-to-be university that is autonomous, fully sponsored, and managed by the Government of India's Ministry of Education (formerly MHRD). The NERIST Nirjuli offers four levels of programmes that include undergraduate, diploma, postgraduate, and doctoral. Visit the official NERIST NEE website at neeonline Website. To view NEE results, go to the direct link. Fill in the required fields with your login information.

By following the below steps students can check the NERIST NEE 2023 Result: -

  • Visit the official website of North Eastern Regional Institute of Science (NERIST).
  • On the website home page search for the Results NEE section.
  • Click on the desired result list link.

After clicking on the link, a pdf file will open. Students can check their result status i.e. Roll Number, Name, Gender etc. They are advised to download and take the printout of the result for future use.

B.Tech Eligibility in NERIST

Eligibility conditions to NERIST B.Tech has two aspects: academic and age.

  • Academically, applicants are required to be:
    • Higher Secondary or Class 12th Appeared/ Passed with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
    • Appeared/Passed Higher Secondary equivalent (ITI/ NERIST Certificate) or Class 12th (Vocational stream)
  • Age-wise Maximum Age of applicants, as on July 31, 2023, should not be more than 23 years (General)/ 26 years (OBC & female)/ 28 years (ST/SC/PH).

Yes, it is the best college in Itanagar. North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST) is a deemed to be a university in Nirjuli place located in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. The institute is autonomous and funded by MHRD, Govt. of India. NERIST has been ranked 186 among the top NIRF-rated Engineering colleges in 2021. The institute currently has 11 departments of education in Science & engineering and 1 center for management studies to offer degree courses across the disciplines of engineering, technology, sciences, and management.

No, NERIST is less expensive than Arunachal University of Studies (AUS). It has all the facilities which AUS have which means it is as good as AUS.

No, it is not compulsory to have MAT score for NERIST.

To be eligible for an MBA at the North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST) in Itanagar, you must meet the following criteria:
  • Have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 55% marks
  • Be an Indian national
  • Have a valid score on the CAT, MAT, or XAT
  • Have a bachelor's degree in any discipline approved by UGC or AICTE
