For the B.Tech. program, the eligibility criteria in NIET are:
- Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
- Minimum 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
- Valid score in the JEE Main or UPJEE or any other entrance exam accepted by NIET.
