NTU does tend to accept applications that are two grades below their standard entry criteria; however, these admissions come with some conditions. Such students are given conditional admission offers. They are admitted into the course provided they achieve the required grades in their qualifications. Unconditional offers may be given to those students who have an exceptional portfolio or perform well in interviews.

The university accepts TOEFL, IELTS, PTE or Cambridge Tests as proof of proficiency. All international students whose first language is not English are required to demonstrate their proficiency in the English language. Nottingham Trent University is best known for its Art and Design, Fashion and Creative Arts programmes. It is also famous for UK’s the largest law schools. The university does well in sports as well, with strong performances in the British University and College Sports leagues. The university offers more than 250 undergraduate and over 170 postgraduate programs to its students.
