Unless you want to make a Career in this area. Yes you can get B.Sc. Maths for UG in distance mode. Work Hard. All the Best.

No with BA you cannot do M.Sc as it is a cross of streams. you have to do B.Sc first. Please go to the website and check the eligibility criteria.

You cannot apply for M.Com with 49%. To apply for PG courses you should score more than 50% to apply for the entrance exam of M.Com, and for other PG courses too.
