Self declaration form is attached with your admit card. As you download it from the official website of NTA, it consists of more than one page and the last page is a self declaration form.

• Download the Admit Card
  Search and download admit card. The self – declaration form is also annexed to this document.
• Print the Admit Card
  Take a print out of the whole admit card along with the self-declaration form.
• Complete the Self Declaration Form
  Fill the necessary fields that would summarize about the client's health state or travel history.
• Carry the Form
  Indicate any response on the printed space, take the form to the examination center as directed.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) releases the NEET admit card three to four days before the exam date. This trend is followed for the past few years, ever since the launch of the exam city intimation slip. The release of the NEET admit card is made a few days in advance to avoid malpractices or instances of impersonation or cheating. Since the NEET admit card is a crucial document and carries the name of the exam centre, it may increase the chances of seucurity breach. Instead, NTA releases the NEET exam advance city intimation slip carrying the name of the city where the exam centre will be located, for the candidates' convenience. 

NTA has not announced the NEET UG 2026 dates as of now. The NEET exam date 2026 will be released soon. While NTA does not postpone the NEET exam date in general, it is common for NTA, the exam conducting authority to extend or postpone the dates of application form submission last date or the application correction last date. There have been instances in previous years where NTA had reopened the NEET application process or the NEET application correction window as a response to student requests or other internal reasons. On the other hand, last year, NTA had announced the NEET 2024 result date in advance, which was June 14, 2024, but was preponed by 10 days, and was released on June 4, 2024. Hence, the NEET 2026 important dates may get extended or postponed. 

The fee for the BBA course at a university listed under the NTA CUET examination varies from university to university and depends on location and whether the university is private or government-owned. On an average, BBA in any government university may cost between INR 30,000 to INR 1,00,000 per annum, while that of private university may cost around INR 1,00,000 to INR 3,00,000 per annum. Some of the biggest universities are high in fees owing to the campus and other developments. Check websites or their general information brochure in case they differ from university to university, about the correct information and fees collected.

Ways of Troubleshooting NTA OTP Related Issues

Check Email Spam Folder: In the case where any OTP email is spammed into a junk folder, confirm whether the OTP email goes there or not .

Verify Email Address: The registered email with NTA is active and correct, as minor mistakes may withhold the OTP.

Wait Back: If the server of NTA goes down, then there would definitely be a means of recovering from that downtime. After a period, try requesting for the OTP once again

Contact NTA Support: In the event this problem persists, then refer to one of the many official support channels of NTA. They communicate assistance and also confirm if any server issues exist.

Employ Alternative Means: In the event that such alternative exists, an OTP will be sent either through mobile number which has been linked to account .

You can check the correction facilities available for your NEET application on the official website of NTA. The direct link to the application correction window of NEET 2024 is provided at exams.nta.ac.in/NEET. NEET 2024 application correction window shall open from March 18, 2024, to March 20, 2024, by 11:50 PM IST.For further corrections, you are required to log into the system using the application number and password. Prudence calls for being quite vigilant and going through each detail before your corrections are put forward since you are given a second chance to correct any flaw or updates within your application. Make sure you check on the portal also for special instructions on what can and cannot be changed for that period.
