NTA has published the exam date for the AIAPGET 2024 along with an official information brochure. The test is scheduled for July 6, 2024. Computer-based testing will be used for the AIAPGET 2024 exam. To take the AIAPGET exam, candidates must register online and submit an application. The internship has been extended until July 31, 2024, per the most recent changes. The AIAPGET 2024 internship application deadline was previously June 30, 2024. On April 16, 2024, NTA opened registration for AIAPGET 2024. In 2024, candidates had to register online in order to submit the AIAPGET application. AIAPGET 2024 registration was open till May 15, 2024. On May 17, 2024, NTA began the AIAPGET 2024 application correction window. 

From March 18, 2024, to March 20, 2024, 11:50 PM, the NEET 2024 application correction window was open. It was reopened from April 11 to April 15, 2024. The NEET 2024 application correction window was reopened by NTA on April 25, 2024, and ran until April 26, 2024, at 11:59 PM for the third time. Only the images might be altered or corrected this time. On May 5, 2024, from 2 PM to 5.20 PM (IST), 4,750 centers spread throughout 571 cities in India and overseas hosted the NEET 2024 exam. The exam was administered in 13 languages to over 22 Lacs participants. A rescheduling of NEET 2024 has been requested by a number of candidates and stakeholders due to many problems.

On April 25, NTA reopened the NEET 2024 application correction window so that photo adjustments could be made. The NEET 2024 application form can only be edited or corrected until April 26, 11:59 p.m. On April 25, 2024, the NTA reopened the NEET 2024 application correction window for a third time. The only area where candidates may alter anything was the photo field. Initially, NTA offered the NEET 2024 application correction option or the NEET correction window from March 18 to March 20, 2024, at 11:50 p.m. On March 16, the NEET 2024 application period closed. The application rectification window was reopened by NTA from April 9 to April 10, 2024.

As per the Supreme Court hearing dated June 13, 2024, the Centre said that the scores of 1,563 candidates who were given grace marks, are cancelled. They were given an option to reappear for the exam which was conducted on June 23, 2024. The result of this test willl be declared by June 30, 2024. The result for those candidates who will not be appearing for the re-NEET 2024, will be considered for that of the May 5 exam, devoid of grace marks.

The NEET 2024 exam was conducted by NTA on May 5, 2024 in 571 cities across India and abroad. Incidents of wrong question paper medium distribution, paper leaks and proxy exam takers were reported in the media after the conduct of the exam. As of now, as many as 13 people have been arrested in allegations of paper leak. This led to unrest among the students and stakeholders and they are demanding for a retest. Moreover, after the declaration of the result, several anomalies were observed which again led to unrest among candidates and a demand for reNEET 2024 resurfaced. NTA formed a Grievance Redressal Committee which  reviewed the complaints submitted, and decided to reconduct the exam for 1,563 candidates.
