The stage I Tamil Nadu exam was held on November 3, 2019. NTSE Tamil Nadu result 2020 will be released in the form of a merit list.

NTSE 2019 Eligibility Criteria Stage 2Students who have secured 80% marks in state board are eligible for stage 2 of the NTSE exam. Every year around 4000 candidates appears for the stage 2 of the NTSE exam. The candidates who clear the NTSE stage 2 with the minimum marks defined are eligible for scholarships.

NTSE exam is conducted in 2 stages. The stage 1 of NTSE exam is conducted by the state board and stage 2 conducted by NCERT. The candidates must satisfy the eligibility criteria to appear for the NTSE 2019. The candidate can appear for the NTSE only if he or she is an Indian national or a candidate of Indian origin. The upper age limit as defined for the NTSE test takers is 18 years. The candidates who are pursuing class 10 from open school can appear for the exam.
