Yes, nursing is an option for many. However you must convey your interest clearly to the college, some pre-requisite courses may be required. Check Australia and UK too.

Hi Austin, Different universities have different requirements and deadlines, you are a foreign applicant so you must take the IELTS. You must also have very good percentile in +2. See this
