BPT is Bachelor of physiotherapy which deals with physiotherapy.
Both the courses are good in their own path. It's your choice that whatever interest you have in both of these courses. If you want to become a software tester, system analyst, programmer then go for BCA or if you want to become a physiotherapist, then go for BPT.
Choose wisely.

Yes, you should be eligible. The eligibility for M.Sc nursing as per government guidelines (for AIIMS) are:
He/She should have passed the 12th class under the 10+2 scheme/Senior School Certificate Examination or Intermediate Science or an equivalent examination from a recognized University/ Board of any Indian State with English, physics, chemistry and biology.
a) Candidates who are to appear in 12th class examination under 10+2 system or an equivalent examination in March/April 2017 and whose results are likely to be declared before 30th June, 2017are also eligible to apply for B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing, Bachelor of Optometry a
