Ashish, I think you can as eligibility talks of allied as well as applied science too. Nursing is part of allied science.
Many good universities like LPU, GNA, CU, etc are offering the course. All these universities have wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities to offer to students apart from good placements that they offer. Some like LPU also offer wonderful scholarships for making quality education affordable for all.

I would suggest you to either take NEET again or take admission in some other courses because with this score, there are no chances of admission.

The minimum eligibility criteria for application to the course would be either of the following:
A postgraduate or graduate in Bioscience/Life Sciences (with any of the following subjects: Botany, Zoology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Genetics, Biotech) with at least 50% marks in aggregate
A postgraduate or graduate with Chemistry as a subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate
A postgraduate or graduate in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences
A postgraduate or graduate in Medicine
A graduate or equivalent degree/diploma in Nursing
