There are many course options available in medical field. You must opt for the one which matches your interest and skills as it will help you to achieve your long-term career goal. Some of the popular career options in the medical field are:
Physician: A physician diagnosis and treats the daily and miscellaneous illnesses of the human body. MBBS(Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery) degree holders perform as physicians. The MBBS course duration is 5.5 years that include one year of internship.
Clinical Laboratory Technician: They are more commonly known as lab techs, perform a variety of tests in a medical laboratory.
Emergency Medical Technician: EMTs care for sick and injured patients in emergency rooms, ambulances, and other fast-paced medical environment.
Radiologic technologists, also called radiology techs, are in charge of administering diagnostic imaging exams, such as x-rays and CT scans.
Dental assistants take on the administrative duties in a dental office, and they may be required to perform basic patient care.
Medical Assistant: He/she is a person who completes administrative tasks in a doctors office or hospital.
Physician: They treat and diagnose patients. Many of them work in hospitals, but they may also operate their own firms.
Diagnostic Medical Sonographer: A diagnostic medical sonographer or DMS is a person responsible for operating the imaging machines in a hospital, clinic, or physician's office.
Pharmacy Technician: Pharmacy technicians are responsible for helping pharmacists assist patients.
Therapist: Therapists and mental health counselors help patients overcome mental disorders that affect their daily lives.
Nursing Assistant: A certified nursing assistant is someone who helps a registered nurse or licensed vocational nurse get through a day at work.
Home Health Aide: A home health aide is in charge of assisting a home-bound patient with day-to-day tasks, like bathing, dressing, and housekeeping.

It depends on where your interest lies. B.Sc in Physiotherapy is an undergraduate course in science. The duration of the course is 3 to 4 years (depending on the University that offers the course). The course study mainly covers the method and techniques used in the eradication of diseases via physical exercises. The modern methods in physiotherapy treatment such as electrotherapy, rehabilitation therapy, etc are also covered under the course. Further, physiotherapy also has a vast range of career options to choose. People can either work in India or go abroad and flourish their career in physiotherapy.
On the other side, BHMS is a 5.5 years course, which includes a 1-year internship. The subjects that are taught to the students in BHMS course are Homeopathy philosophy, Materia Medica, Repertory, Pharmacy, and other subjects that are taught in MBBS like Anatomy, Physiology, Embryology, etc. So, it depends on what you want to pursue.It depends upon your interest and choice.
