The latest cutt off are 60percent for the first round if there are any remaining seats they will go for the second round it may be 50 percent according to previous trends.

The minimum educational requirements for B.Sc. Nursing of Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Nursing shall be the passing of:
A candidate should have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English Individually and must have obtained a minimum of 45% of marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology at the qualifying examination i.e. (10+2). You can't be become tutor only on the basis of B.Sc. Nursing, You should have to do master's degree also.
