Nursing will place you better after the degree as it is always in demand and you may work abroad as well. If you have keen interest in research then go for B.Sc hons in biology, Botany or Zoology.

If you have inclination towards making a contribution to the agriculture sector, then B.Sc is the best option as you can actually be a researcher and work in govt sector. B.pharmacy will place you in hospitals, clinics or may be your own business.
So take a relook at your skills and what interests you more as both the jobs are well paying.

The average package is of Rs.6.5 lakhs and the maximum package is of Rs.11.5 lakhs CTC with or without variables or fixed. Package may or may not depend on your graduation degree such as B.Pharma. what you have pursued. Mostly packages depends on the companies who are offering jobs at the time of campus placements. The eligibility criteria, academic qualification, skills required, and so on are decided by the companies visiting MBA institutes. Companies like Reckitt Benckiser (Dettol), RX Health Services & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. visit for people with B.Pharma graduation .

Hi Mahesh,
Minimum qualification for admission to Diploma in Pharmacy is any of the following examinations with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics.
(1) Intermediate examination in Science
(2) The first year of the three year degree course in Science
(3) 10+2 examination (academic stream) in Science
(4) Pre-degree examination
(5) Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examination. Provided that there shall be reservation of seats for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes candidates in accordance with the instructions issued by the Central Govt. /State Govts./Union Territor
