It is not possible to pursue nursing in Khalsa College Amritsar with a commerce stream. Nursing is a specialised field of study that requires a background in Science and Biology. Typically, students who wish to pursue nursing must have studied Science subjects such as Physics Chemistry and Biology at the high school level. Therefore, to pursue nursing, it is generally recommended that students complete their high school education with a Science stream.

To get admission to the Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing programme at AIIMS Delhi, candidates need to qualify AIIMS paramedical entrance exam. For AIIMS paramedical exam, the candidate must have Physics Chemistry English and Biology/Mathematics in Class 12. Candidates need to register for the exam and then appear for the entrance exam. It is on the basis of the marks obtained in the AIIMS paramedical entrance exam that candidates can further participate in the counselling. AIIMS will also release a cutoff which will indicate if the candidate qualifies to participate in the counselling.

Noida International University is visited by top companies, namely Max Healthcare, SpiceJet, HDFC Bank, Just Dial, and others. 95 percent was the placement percentage in 2022. The average package offered in 2022 was INR 5 LPA. The B.Sc. Nursing placements were also very good last year.
