No entrance exam is required for the B.Sc. Nursing degree at the College of Nursing, Sarvodaya Hospital, Baghpat. The admission to the B.Sc. Nursing program is entirely based on merit and is determined by your marks in Class?12 Science subjects (PCB + English) from a recognized board such as UP or CBSE. Contact the college registrar or visit the college website for application guidance.

No, there are no specialisation options at the undergraduate-level nursing courses. You can either opt for a GNM, ANM, BSc Nursing, Post Basic BSc Nursing, or a Diploma in Nursing course. All these courses will provide you with a basic understanding of Nursing responsibilities.

  • Admission is based on 12th board marks, and selection is handled via the Tamil Nadu Medical Selection Committee.

  • For government quota seats in self-financing colleges, the cutoff may vary each year depending on applications received.

  • Fundamentals of Nursing" by Patricia Potter & Anne Perry.
  • Ross and Wilson Anatomy and Physiology in Health and Illness.
  • Clinical Nursing Procedures: Art of Nursing Practice.
  • Nursing Diagnosis Handbook: A Guide to Planning Care.
  • RNotes: Nurse's Clinical Pocket Guide.
  • When Breath Becomes Air by Paul Kalanithi.
  • Shift: One Nurse, Twelve Hours, Four Patients' Lives by Theresa Brown.
  • First Year Nurse: Wisdom, Warnings, and What I Wish I'd Known My First 100 Days on Job.

No, you cannot apply for Indian Army's B.Sc. Nursing course with a commerce background. Only female candidates who have completed 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English, scoring a minimum of 50% aggregate on first attempt, are eligible. Admission also requires NEET-UG qualification along with physical and psychological assessments.
