No, failing in one subject of PCB in 12th will not allow you to get admission in BSc Nursing. To get admission in BSc Nursing, one needs to score at least 50% marks in PCB (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) in 12th. 

Eligibility criteria for admission in BSc Nursing: 

Should have passed 12th standard from a recognised board. 

Should have scored at least 50% marks in PCB (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) in 12th. 

English may also be required as a compulsory subject in some institutes. 

For admission in BSc Nursing, one has to clear an entrance exam like NEET. 

For admission in top institutes like AIIMS and PGIMER
