Admission to BSc Nursing courses in many central and state universities primarily relies on Class 12 scores. However, other popular exam scores that are considered for BSc Nursing admission include KCET, NEET, CUET, AIIMS Paramedical, IPU CET, BVP CET, AIIMS Nursing, PGIMER Nursing, etc.

Yes, you can most certainly be admitted to government colleges to pursue a B.Sc. in nursing with this score in your category. However it would be difficult to get in top tier colleges. It is important to remember that each state has a nursing state test that might assist you gain admission to government universities. Government colleges accept applications for admission on the basis of the 12th grade, NEET, or nursing entrance.

Yes, you can easily get admission in semi-government B.Sc Nursing colleges.

However, admision in Government Nursing college might be challenging but with your score of 228 in NEET you can get admission in many reputated Government college for B.Sc Nursing in second or mop-up round of counselling.

The latest cutoff information is not yet available, however you can keep on checking the college's website for the updates and information also go through the previous years usually the cut-off varies and depends on several factors like the number of seats, competition and categories.

As per the official webiste of Rai Univesity, the university doesn't offers Nursing course. There are however other major specialisations offered under the BSc course. The BSc specialisations includes BSc (Hons) in Agriculture, Microbiolog,  Chemistry, Cyber Security,  Data Science,  Artificial Intelligence and machine Learning, and Information Technology.
