It can not be explicitly concluded if only 12th syllabus will be there. In general, Nursing entrance exams are usually set around the Physics, Chemistry and Biology you have studied in class 12th along with general knowledge. Syllabus must be available for AIIMS entrance exam, you can refer to that and study topic-wise too.

Yes, Vardhman Mahavir Medical College, located in Delhi is open to both men and women. There is no such rule stating that only women can do B.Sc Nursing. Admission to VMMC is done on the basis of NEET examination.
