Hello Mahendra,
It's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your research and Ph.D in nursing after completion of M.Sc nursing. Just check for dates of entrance exam since these days almost all universities allow registration for Ph.D only after the prospective students clear entrance test.
Best wishes to you.

Hello Ishita,
I think you have obtained a very good ranking in the entrance test conducted by this university. With this ranking in the top 50, I am sure you will get admission in your desired specialisation.
Best wishes to you.

Hello Akshay,
I am afraid entry as a nurse in army is not through NEET. Army conducts its own entrance exam for the course. In addition, I think it's restricted to only female candidates. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about the different aspects of the admission procedure. https://www.afmc.nic.in/Admission/NursingAdmission.html
Best wishes to you.

Hello,
You can apply for B.Sc nursing through entrance test, one has to give entrance test to get admission for B.Sc. Nursing + candidate must have 55% marks in 10+2. For giving entrance exam one must have to fill application form with in the dates announced. However, for B.Sc nursing all the colleges in Delhi (government + private) have closed their application form dates. You can apply in Rohtak PGI, its date is still left.
