Whether or not students are required to take books from a college, including Government B.Sc. Nursing College in Bilaspur, varies by institution. It is usually determined by the college's policies and practises.

I don't believe it is necessary to borrow books from college.

It's difficult to say if there are any seats available for the GNM course at Surabhi Medical Institute, Siddipet.

The total fees for this college is 2.5 lakh per year. 

Admission fees Rs.24,000 should be paid in advance by the candidates for provisional admission in subject to that they should get pass mark in the entrance examination.
