It is not an easy task because no college will leave its seat vacant. According to the protocol of MUHS, it is a course of 4 years, therefore, before joining you only have to decide whether you like the college or not.

It depends upon the university, if they take your admission to the college because your marks are less, I won't say it's very less but as per my knowledge your marks must be 70%, anyways you can look for online B.Sc courses, if you want because your marks are enough to take admission in distance learning university. Yes, you can get admission for B.Sc in nursing easily, as your score is quiet good but be patient for that as you can only get admission call from college in the second round of the counselling.
