You don't have to take SRMJEE for admission to the BOT course at SRM University. The eligibility criteria for the course is:
Minimum 60% 10+2 or equivalent qualification with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biology/ Botany and Zoology from a recognised board. However, try to score as high as possible to get admission to the university.
The tuition fee for the entire course is INR 3.60 Lakhs. The course is offered to 60 deserving students.
The duration of the course is 4 years with compulsory 6 months of internship.

According to student reviews on Shiksha, almost 50 - 60% of students from College of Occupational Therapy, SRM IST were placed with a monthly salary ranging from Rs 20,000 to Rs 40,000
Students are placed in this course on merit basis. 8.5LPA ishighest package offered in India. Placement are from various countries such as UK, USA named ed theory. Jewel autism centre of excellence and prayatan are india based companies coming for placement

SRM College of Occupational Therapy was started in the academic year 1996 under the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University. In 2004, the college was brought under the ambit of SRM University, and in the same year, a postgraduate program was started. SRM College is the only occupational therapy college to offer BOT, MOT, and PhD programs in Tamil Nadu.
