You must not forget to carry your Odisha CHSE 12th admit card 2026 on all exam days. In case you forget, you will not be allowed to write the exam. Along with the CHSE admit card 2026, students must also carry their pens, pencils, ruler, geometry box etc.

No, you will not be allowed to write the Odisha CHSE exam without the admit card. Students must carry the Odisha 12th hall ticket to appear for the Odisha CHSE board exam.

Students must not carry the follow items to exam hall.
- Mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, headphones, pagers, fitness bands, cameras, etc
- Wallets, goggles, handbags, and purses.
- They must carry all the stationary items that are required to appear for the Odisha CHSE board exams since sharing of stationary is not allowed.
- Do not forget to carry your Odisha CHSE admit card on all exam days.

Education Ministry of India announced that Boards will conduct Board exams 2 times year from the academic session 2025-26. Students will be allowed to retain the best score. However, Odisha CHSE is yet to release any official notification in this regard.
The Ministry also announced that students of Class 9, 10 will be required to learn three languages, two of which will be Indian languages. Class 11 and 12 students will need to learn two languages, one of which will be Indian.

For Class 12th, it is considered to be strict. However, it is said that the checking done by evaluators is lenient in comparison to the checking done by them in Class 9, 11 in their schools.
So, if you have covered the entire Odisha CHSE 12th syllabus and your preparation is on point, then you must not worry about the strict checking.

Limited Acceptance: OJEE scores are the primary factor that OSOU considers when offering B.Tech and MCA programs through the lateral entry route (direct entrance to the second year).
Program-Specific Qualifications: The OJEE results are not accepted by all of OSOU's B.Tech and MCA programs. To find out if you qualify for your desired program, check the requirements on the OSOU website or prospectus.
Tests Other Than the CAT, MAT, or UGC NET: For programs like MBA, M.Sc., and postgraduate diplomas, OSOU may offer its own entrance exam or accept scores from national exams like these.

The selection process for BBA at Utkal University and Regional College of Management (RCM) Bhubaneswar requires candidates to have passed the 10+2 Examination of C.H.S.E., Odisha, or its equivalent in any discipline with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate. The Odisha CHSE (Council of Higher Secondary Education) conducts the Class 12 examinations in the state.
The minimum score required to pass the Odisha CHSE exam is a minimum of 30 marks in subjects without practicals and a minimum of 22.5 marks in the theory of subjects with practicals, with an overall aggregate percentage above 33%.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Candidate should have passed:
Higher Secondary (+2/ 12th) in Science or equivalent, with Mathematics as a subject, from a recognised Board securing minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for reserved category)
For eg -
20 percentile score means scoring more than 80 percentage students that have given your 12th standard state board examination. It is counted of a total of 5 subjects. In CHSE board there are 6 subjects. So you'll have freedom in ignoring one subject. But you need to consider PCM subjects along with a language subject for sure. These are the basic credentials to find your 20 percentile mark.
