Scheduled Castes (SC): 8 percent
Scheduled Tribes (ST): 12 percent
Green Card (GC): 5 percent
Persons with Disabilities (PwD): 5 percent
Ex-Servicemen (ES): 3 percent
Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW): 5 percent
Women: 30 percent
Outlying Odia (OL): 3 percent (Only in government institutes)

Even government colleges charge high fees. You can even opt for Delhi School of Economics (DSE). Its fees is 31-35 thousand annually.
