If you have the right to work in the UK which includes documents as proofs, then for apprenticeship it should work the lines of your visa.

If you do B.Tech part time (open), then you can go through apprenticeship training. Other than this, you can do B.Tech in that you can do summer training. But these training are only the duration of one month.
