NIBM offers online MBA training programs for one year MBA, two year MBA and one year Executive MBA. It is an MBA training institute and the training programs are meant for working professionals. NIBM is not an UGC recognized institute.

The distance online MBA is a part-time MBA format, and one that is largely undertaken by students who wish to remain in their current role while they study. Employer-funded candidates will make up a certain proportion of each class. However, the majority of students will be self-funded candidates who have taken the initiative to pursue an MBA, but who cannot afford to forego their salary or to relocate or simply do not wish to.

Fulltime MBA is better because it has more opportunities to learn basics of management from learned faculty and interaction with diverse background students. Pedagogy followed in full time is different from conventional teaching. It includes case studies, role playing, workshops, simulation exercises, presentation, lectures, video show, guest lectures, etc. You will miss this any part time or distance learning program. A regular candidate of MBA will perform better in the interview and placement. So a regular candidate is better than a distance candidate because MBA is a professional course. When a company will offer you a job, they will observe your knowledge.

The rules for different university is different but generally if you get backlog in one or some subject in one semester then next year you will be able to appear in that subject as re-exam with your own recent semester. Check with college authorities for the same.
