Dear Ajit,
It is always good to move ahead by upgrading yourself on the career path that you are interested in, but as you have mentioned that you have 10 years of work experience in banking operations & Planning. I would highly recommend you to go for 2 years full-time MBA in banking and finance at Symbiosis College of Banking and Finance. The faculty members and placement facilities provided by them are very good. In case if you cannot pursue full-time MBA, then they also provide management development programs for the working professionals as well. Online mode that too in hospitality management is not recommended, you wont get any placement assistance and neither there are any lucrative opportunities in this sector. You should try out executive MBA in finance or marketing from top 50 B-Schools.

Dear Prahlad Kulkarni,
You can prefer IGNOU MBA, which has got more importance and recognition in the industry. Secondly, Pondicherry University distance MBA, which will help you out. There are study centers that are available at Bangalore for both universities.
All the best.

In my opinion, if you have more than 3 years of work experience, you should opt for Executive MBA. Otherwise, distance learning or online courses can be helpful but not in the near future. They will help you in your career after gaining sufficient work experience. Furthermore, give some time to yourself as well in order to analyse your area of interest before taking any decision on a course.
