It is always good to move ahead by upgrading yourself on the career path that you are interested in, but as you have mentioned that you have 10 years of work experience in banking operations & Planning. I would highly recommend you to go for 2 years full-time MBA in banking and finance at Symbiosis College of Banking and Finance. The faculty members and placement facilities provided by them are very good. You need to have a graduation degree in order to pursue an MBA program irrespective of the mode - distance or regular. Online programs including EMBA programs are offered by online MBA providers like NIBM (National Institute of Business Management). You can prefer IGNOU MBA, which has got more importance and recognition in the industry. Secondly, Pondicherry University distance MBA, which will help you out. There are study centers that are available at Bangalore for both universities.
