If a student opts to a remotely proctored exam from home, then he will enter the time and date of the exam in interface. The candidate will get an email regarding guidelines, date and time of the exam. The remotely proctored exam will be monitored live through various Artificial Intelligence tools and by the invigilators. Any suspected activity may lead to the cancellation of exam. Candidate must ensure the following for appearing in the exam from home:
A working laptop/ desktop with proper webcam and microphones. Proper internet connection
An isolated room with proper lighting without any external disturbances. In case, the candidate wants to appear on a mobile phone, the following are the requirements:
Smartphone with working front camera and microphone.
3G/ 4G internet connection. An isolated room with proper lighting without any external disturbances. In the exam information step, the candidate has to select a combination of subjects from a given pool of subjects. For example, B.Tech. Aspirants will select one of the options from Maths or Biology apart from the compulsory subjects Physics English and Chemistry. Finally, the candidate will click submit button to complete the process.
