Operations management is the best option for mechanical, civil and instrumentation engineers.
Marketing management is the best option for CSE, ECE and EEE engineers.
HRM is the best option for IT and mechatronics engineers.
A B.Tech graduate is eligible for all specialisations in MBA, but it depends on the candidate's capability & interest. Generally, marketing is the best option among all. Finance should be done by B.Com graduates because it will provide valuable and wide scope to them.
All the best.

PUMBA has good faculty for operations as well as good placements for the same. Average package is around 5 LPA so you can join PUMBA if this package fits into your expectations. I cannot comment on what is being offered in Welingkar but surely can clear your doubts regarding PUMBA.
