A candidate may only apply for one course through one application form in Osmania Medical College. As each course has a course-specific entrance exam, which must be accessed through different exam portals. For example, Students who wish to apply for UG level programmes must apply for NEET (UG) exams, while students who wish to apply for PG level programmes must apply for NEET(PG), and students who wish to apply for Super Speciality programmes must apply for NEET(SS).

According to official statements released by Osmania Medical College only offers an online mode of applications to any of its programmes. No applications or requests for admission by mail or post will be entertained. Interested candidates must apply online for the entrance exam of their respective course through the correct portal.

The application dates for Osmania Medical College depend on the NEET, which determines admission for seats at OMC Hyderabad. For the academic year 2025, the last date to apply for UG/PG level courses was March 7, 2025 for UG/PG NEET. Whereas for Super Speciality courses, the last date was February 24, 2025 for SS NEET.

Moreover, OMC Hyderabad only offers courses in Physical or Full-Time modes with no distance or open-learning modes available.
