Hi. No. you can't get direct admission to Osmania Medical College MBBS course without NEET. The College only accepts admission strictly through NEET-UG score ranking and no separate admission test for taking admission.

 Admission in MBBS programs is granted based on marks scored in the NEET UG exam which is held by NTA. National Exit Test (NExT) is a combined single-window exam for MBBS students to qualify for admission into postgraduate courses as well as to obtain a license to practice medicine in India. Hi. Osmania Medical College had its medical college, where all the students got internships and placements. The average package offered was between INR 6 and 8 LPA. 100% of the students get internships at this college. After completing the course, one must do an internship for one year and then attempt an MD or MS through the PG entrance exam.
