Hi. No. you can't  get direct admission to Osmania Medical College.The College only accepts admission strictly through NEET-UG score ranking and no separate admission test for taking admission.

 Admission in MBBS programs is granted on the basis of marks scored in the NEET UG exam which is held by NTA .National Exit Test (NExT) is a combined single-window exam for MBBS students to qualify for admission into postgraduate courses as well as to obtain the license to practice medicine in India. The exam is to be held in two steps to check theoretical and practical knowledge of candidates. Once implemented, NExT will replace multiple exams including NEET PG and FMGE.
