Yes, the OSSTET exam is conducted on a single day but in two different shifts. The details of the OSSTET exam shifts has been given below for the candidates
- Shift 1 is conducted from 10:00 am-12:30 pm for OSSTET Paper 1
- Shift 2 is conducted from 2:30-5:00 pm for OSSTET Paper 2
However, the shift timing can be changed by the board. Though, the candidates will be informed by the board before if any changes are made for the OSSTET exam.

Yes, the exam conducting authority does provide the facility for online form correction. Though, you are advised to fill all particulars in the OSSTET form carefully to be free from any hassle. The important points for OSSTET application correction window has been given below:
- The correction window will open after the application process
- The correction window will open for 2 to 3 days
- After the correction window closes, candidates will not be given any chance to update/edit the application form

In the OSSTET exam, papers 1 and 2 contain 150 objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs) each. Paper 1 comprises 5 sections i.e. Child Development and Pedagogy, Language-I, Language II, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies. Paper 2 comprises 4 sections with a choice in the fourth one i.e. Child Development and Pedagogy, Language-I, Language-II, and Mathematics and Science or Social Studies. OSSTET Marking Scheme: 1 mark is allotted for every correct answer and there is no negative marking in the OSSTET exam.

OSSTET application fee varies with the category a candidate belongs to. Without paying application fees no application will be considered valid.

The OSSTET exam is conducted in offline mode as a pen-and-paper based test. Candidates need to mark their answers on the OMR sheet. The candidates need to fill the sheet carefully as no extra OMR sheet will not be given in the exam. However, the OSSTET application process is complete online process. The candidates have to fill out he application form online on the official website. Other than this the application fee have to paid online.

The candidates should take valid photo identity proof with them to the exam centre. The list of the photo identity proof has been given below for the candidates
- Adhaar Card
- Voter Id
- Pan Card
- Driving Licence, etc.

No, the OSSTET application form can be filled in online mode only on the official website of the board. The board follows a structure of completing exam process in which the online application is part of the structure. The candidates have to fill out the OSSTET form online according to the norms of the board. The candidates have to pay the application fees online. No, either option is given to the candidates to make the payment for the OSSTET exam.
