Aspirants should be a registered nurse and registered midwife or equivalent with any state Nursing registration council to apply for MSc Nursing. Besides, candidates also need to meet the below educational requirements to apply for this course:

• Candidates must pass BSc Nursing or BSc (Hons) Nursing/ Post-Basic BSc Nursing with at least 55% aggregate
• Aspirants should have undergone BSc Nursing or BSc (Hons) Nursing/ Post-Basic BSc Nursing from an institute recognised by the Indian Nursing Council
• Minimum one-year of work experience required after Basic BSc Nursing  prior or after Post BSc Nursing
• Candidates should be medically fit
• 5% relaxation in aggregate for SC/ ST candidates
