Yes, you can do it as a part-time course.
I have seen many people doing part-time Master's degree along with the job.

You have two options, either you can do a full-time B.Tech, as a lateral entry or also you can get the same through distance learning. But, I would suggest full-time course will be a better option from a recognized institute.
