Hello Pravin,
You better hurry if you have to start learning via distance education mode. UGC is in process of stopping all courses via distance which require lots of practical. But you can think of doing AMIE which is equivalent to BE, while working. It's through distance mode only.

It depends on what you are doing at the moment. If you are doing a very good job and the one which you like, but you still want to gain knowledge while doing your work then part-time MBA i.e executive MBA can be an option for you.
If you love whatever work you do and if you are satisfied then don't leave the job. If you want to study in the meantime and you just want a degree for the sake of the name then its okay to go for part-time MBA.

Yes, there are a plenty of opportunities in Australia. In fact, twice every year, the Embassy of Australia organises meets for prospective students. If you have not attended, then I would advise you to approach a specialised agency dealing with sending students to Australia as they would be aware of different options suiting your needs.

Finance and Marketing are the popular ones which are chosen by 2-year work-ex people. Operations is also a good option if you are interested in maths and have an engineering background. From pay scale perspective finance is a better option. At the end, you must look at your work exp, prior academic profile before making a wise decision.
