Assam PAT 2025 application form was released on May 19, 2025 on official website. Last date to apply was June 7, 2025. Authorities will not accept any applications at this time.

During the Assam PAT counselling, the candidates will be selected for admissions into the Diploma courses offered by the participating Engineering and Technology institutes. Allotment of seats will be done based on the candidate's rank, preferences and seat availability. DGMS has not yet announced the schedule for the ToGIGE and PAT entrance. It is mandatory for the candidates to appear for the NEET 2025 entrance exam in order to participate in further rounds. Indian Army BSc nursing 2025 entrance exam will be held for screening the highly deserving candidates for the BSc nursing programme. Only female candidates are eligible to appear for the entrance test. 

The documents required to submit the HP PAT application form are a scanned copy of the candidate's photograph between 10 to 200 KB and signature with a file size between 1 to 30 KB.

The H.P Takniki Shiksha Board conducts HP PAT exam in offline pen & paper mode. Candidates will be provided with OMR sheets to attempt the exam. Applicants need to mark their answers in the HP PAT OMR sheet. Candidates are advised to double cross their answers before marking in the OMR sheet. The answer once marked in the sheet won't be changed under any circumstances. The total duration of HP PAT exam will be 3 hours. Candidates are advised to carry their black/blue ballpoint pen to the exam centre.
