The H.P Takniki Shiksha Board conducts HP PAT exam in offline pen & paper mode. Candidates will be provided with OMR sheets to attempt the exam. Applicants need to mark their answers in the HP PAT OMR sheet. Candidates are advised to double cross their answers before marking in the OMR sheet. The answer once marked in the sheet won't be changed under any circumstances. The total duration of HP PAT exam will be 3 hours. H.P Takniki Shiksha Board will allow candidates to raise re-checking request within 14 days after the declaration of result (including the day of result declaration). The revised HP PAT result after re-evaluation will be declared at the official website within 14 days only. 

H.P Takniki Shiksha Board will release the HP PAT 2026 result online at the official website. Applicants appearing in the exam will be able to check their HP PAT results in the form of PDF. Candidates declared qualified will be eligible to participate in the HP PAT counselling.

H.P Takniki Shiksha Board will announce the HP PAT 2026 admit card release date online on the official website. Applicants appearing in the exam can download their admit cards at hptechboard.com. Candidates are required to have their registration number and password to download HP PAT admit card. Applicants have to carry their admit card along with one valid photo ID proof at the exam centre. 

The HP PAT exam will have 150 multiple-choice questions in the exam. Students will get four options and they have to choose the correct answer out of the given options.
