Candidates are eligible to pursue a Patisserie course that is offered at the undergraduate level if they have completed their Class 12 from a recognised board with passing marks. On the other hand, to pursue a postgraduate course in the field of Patisserie, candidates need to be graduates.
Aspirants who possess a graduation degree in hotel/ hospitality management are preferred in PG courses. B

The eligibility criteria for the Craftsmanship Certificate Course in Food Production & Patisserie at SIHM Medak are:
- Educational Qualification: Pass the 10+2 pattern with a minimum of 45% marks.
