* BCA Course: Eligibility. Students aspiring for course must have cleared 10+2 or equivalent with minimum aggregate marks as per the institute's requirement from a recognized board. St Xavier's is best option between those two as St Xavier's has a good reputation all over country. Also it has several branches in Mumbai, Kolkata etc. So that also a advantage you can take transfer as well anytime. All the best.

Sorry but to get admission in Patna University you need to clear either of these exams -
CAT/CAT/MAT/ATMA
All these exams will be held in 2019, you can check details for each exam separately. For example, CAT is conducted in the month of November, registration will start in August most probably.
So keep checking for these exams and clear any of these, you will get admission in MBA for sure.

Patna law college is govt college and have entrance exam for admission in LLB program. The per semester fee is about Rs 1724/ only. Further LLB from a reputed Govt law college always have advantage over other private colleges. Hence in my opinion Patna Law College is the best.
