Personal Interview process is an essential part of the Great Lakes Institute of Management EMBA admission process. Once the students have applied, the institute shortlists students on the basis of academic record. These shortlisted students are further required to go through a PI process. In this process, students are generally questioned about their past work experience, knowledge of the domain, general knowledge, and more. A lot of attention is also paid to nonverbal cues.
