B.Tech will be better, only if you got good government colleges, otherwise you'll only spend without any good reward.
Your average placement will be around INR 3 lacs with any average colleges, and you have to spend around INR 5 lacs, but if you opt for BCA MCA, then within 5 year you'll get your Master's degree with INR 4 lacs average placement and your spend will around INR 3 lacs.

12th board marks are not considered in ComedK and as you have secured 105 marks in ComedK exam, you can get admission in BMS in core branches, but getting RV, Ramaiah & PES is not possible (you can even try your luck during the online counselling process).

If you are willingly taking ME, then I'll suggest to go for NIE Mysore, It might not have its charm as '90s, but it's still amazing.
I'll say that's the best you can get and it's honestly better than most colleges in terms of Mechanical Engineering.

But the seat requirements of PESIT BSC have just jumped of the roof and will probably close by 8000 at most, additionally there have reduced seats to only 120 students.
