A candidate seeking admission to the Ph.D. Programme under School of Law (SOL) of NCU must have obtained:
1- Masters Degree in Law from a recognised University with not less than 55% marks or its equivalent
2- Masters Degree in any discipline from a recognised University with not less than 55% marks or its equivalent; provided that candidates with qualifications in social sciences, humanities and sciences may be admitted to the Programme if the research they wish to pursue interfaces with the discipline of law with a special focus on Public Policy or Law
3- Judge of any State High Court in India with three years experience
