If you have done PGDM which is approved by Association of Indian Universities (AIU), equivalent to MBA, then you are eligible to do Ph.D. You may look at AIU list, and know whether your PGDM is equivalent to MBA or not.

Hi Aashis,
You must contact the universities directly for Ph.D admissions. Universities in UK generally do not offer funding or scholarships for Ph.D. You can try for universities in US and other countries. It is hard to suggest a name as Ph.D admissions are a different league altogether. Refer to a few websites like QS and check the top university websites if they are offering research opportunities in Life Sciences/related areas. Write to the department head or whatsoever for the process and funding options.

Hi Jincy, you can do so. International students must take IELTS or TOEFL. If you are interested for Ph.D in management field, you might be required to take GMAT or GRE particularly for USA. Please visit university websites and check the research section for admission information.

If you have completed your M.Tech CSE with more than 60% marks, you can directly apply to IITs for Ph.D in CSE. Selection is based on interview. The interview may be supplemented by a written test, if necessary. You can also apply for Ph.D after B.Tech CSE/ M.Sc CS if you have more than 60% marks and have valid GATE score.

If you are an engineer, there is no need to do PhD. You have to join any company after MBA, you get the best job and package, but if you want to do PhD, decide your subjects that you wish to study in MBA.
